Key Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Create complex, high-precision prompts that maximize model accuracy and output quality for diverse use cases.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate model performance and refine prompt strategies.
- Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive libraries of prompts, guidelines, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable products.
- Algorithmic Testing: Debug and troubleshoot AI outputs to ensure reliability and safety in production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field with a strong focus on AI.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of NLP concepts, LLM architectures, and machine learning workflows.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable prompt engineering strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
