Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources and perform rigorous cleaning and transformation using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Engineering) to translate data needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly.
