Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and management.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Forecasting: Assist in forecasting future trends and providing data-driven recommendations to support business strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency by analyzing current workflows and data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation assistance provided).
