Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Generate comprehensive weekly reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies to support accurate decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with data visualization.
- Must be available and willing to work the Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday-Monday rotation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and scripts.
- Develop KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics in real-time.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions as they arise.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
