Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues during night shift hours
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous deployment
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards
- Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge base resources
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written communication for remote collaboration
- Preferred: CI/CD certification or experience with Terraform
