Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from multiple sources to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data cleaning and validation to ensure 99.9% data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Document data pipelines and technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for complex querying.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
