Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies
- Develop predictive models using Python/R to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across all deliverables
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
