Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms
- Lead incident response for security breaches with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Develop security automation using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security risk reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct quarterly threat simulation drills
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture and Zero Trust models
- Proficiency in Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with NIST 800-53 frameworks and GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
