Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive software features.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve complex technical issues through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Agile Contribution: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area to access our state-of-the-art office and team resources.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
