While our primary operational hub is in Charlotte, NC, we offer remote options for qualified candidates residing in Florida and other regions.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and support high-level strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Generate accurate and timely reports using SQL, Excel, and advanced BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Create visual dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data readiness for analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively and reliably during the Weekend Shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
