Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical models to optimize product performance
- Implement data quality initiatives and maintain robust ETL pipelines
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
