Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and ensure data integrity.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, translating data into business insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI preferred).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and regression analysis.
- Problem Solving: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
