Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to define data requirements and solve complex problems.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
