What You Will Do:
We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running. Your primary focus will be ensuring data integrity, performing statistical analysis, and creating dashboards that stakeholders rely on daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical methods to analyze data trends, identify patterns, and provide predictive insights to support decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and perform ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to North Carolina with assistance provided.
