Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dynamic visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to present data clearly to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring high data integrity.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and actionable weekly and monthly reports for leadership teams, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to ensure data requirements are met during the night shift cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Python, or R; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the designated Night Shift schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
