Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will work closely with the operations team to improve business processes through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop complex data models, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Maintain data warehouse architecture and optimize query performance for night-time batch processing.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a Night Shift environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
