- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation tasks using SQL and Python to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues during night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operations environment or night shift.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Strong skills in Excel, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
