Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support reporting needs.
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Perform rigorous data quality checks and cleaning to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly desirable.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
