Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Configure and monitor network security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Perform system hardening and vulnerability assessments
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+ preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
