Responsibilities
- Visualize & Analyze: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through the creation of high-level dashboards and reports.
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- SQL & Automation: Write efficient SQL queries and automate reporting processes to increase team productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical findings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
