Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Create automated reporting systems to track KPIs across sales, operations, and product teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all reporting systems
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience in data modeling
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI (certifications a plus)
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
