Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and ensure compliance with privacy regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in complex data interpretation
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
