Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
