Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify key business insights.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management), Python, or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated individual capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
