Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaign ROI through data segmentation and A/B testing
- Document data methodologies, processes, and findings for internal knowledge sharing
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with retail or e-commerce focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing capabilities
