Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouses and ensure data integrity standards are met.
- Support: Provide technical support to other team members regarding data access and interpretation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly required) and basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a remote environment or in our Raleigh office.
