Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive user interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and iterate on design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research skills
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
