Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, code, test, and debug high-quality software applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and code to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Testing: Participate in the testing process, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
