Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Perform data validation checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of all reporting data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
