Responsibilities
- Lead security incident response and forensic investigations for high-profile breaches
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM and EDR technologies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise environments
- Develop comprehensive security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement of security operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Monitor emerging threats and provide actionable intelligence to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with proven incident response track record
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required; CISM or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), EDR solutions, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with threat intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated success in leading security projects and communicating with C-level stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
