Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing for new releases
- Create detailed test cases covering functional, usability, and compatibility requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test documentation and test environment configurations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manual QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear, concise test cases and technical documentation
- Experience cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile OS testing
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams
