Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to resolve issues
- Perform regression testing, usability testing, and compatibility testing across devices
- Track, document, and communicate bugs using JIRA and other QA tools
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for process improvements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align on testing priorities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, or enterprise software
