Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages within SLA timelines
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPNs and intrusion detection systems
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid network integrations
- Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper hardware and VMware virtualization
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN)
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
