Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues via remote access tools
- Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions and upgrades
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related user issues
- Conduct network performance analysis and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with network administration (TCP/IP, VPN, routing/switching)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN technologies
- Excellent written communication for documentation and remote collaboration
