Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on existing products and define new features
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
