Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize critical system outages
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops in corporate environments
- Administer cloud services (O365, Azure) and security protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support AV equipment and meeting room technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
