- Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for 200+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Resolve hardware/software escalations with 4-hour SLA compliance
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) with automation tools
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Lead cybersecurity awareness training sessions quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in SCCM/Intune deployment and troubleshooting
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong incident management using Jira/ServiceNow platforms
- Ability to lift 30lbs equipment and work flexible on-call schedule
- Bachelor's in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
