Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a production environment.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical mentoring sessions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless automated testing and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
