Responsibilities
- Lead development of distributed systems using Go and Kubernetes
- Design RESTful APIs with gRPC and GraphQL
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS and GCP
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Conduct code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Drive DevOps automation with Terraform and Ansible
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience mentoring technical teams
