Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement solutions to optimize data handling processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL tools is a plus.
