Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from disparate sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-level dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling reports for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- SQL Management: Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures to support reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
