Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Identify and document process improvements based on data-driven findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
