Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity infrastructure and protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (Red Teaming).
- Lead incident response investigations and manage security breaches from detection to resolution.
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools and respond to threats in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are required.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
