Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Design and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
