Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Implement AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure solutions (EC2, S3, VPC)
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible/Terraform
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents
- Document SOPs and maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Certified (AWS SysOps/Windows Server MCSA)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
