Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including virtualization and container orchestration
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Respond to critical incidents with SLA-driven resolution protocols
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (NIST/HIPAA)
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with zero-downtime strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent network security knowledge
- Proven ability to manage high-availability systems and disaster recovery
