Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures to protect cloud/on-premise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches and cyber threats
- Develop security automation tools and scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor junior security engineers and document security policies/procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in hands-on engineering roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required (CISM/CISA preferred)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies
- Strong background in SIEM implementation (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)
- Experience with threat hunting and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Proficiency in network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Demonstrated success in incident response and forensic investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
