Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present findings to executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline weekend data workflows and ensure operational continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement robust validation frameworks for weekend-generated insights
- Document methodologies and maintain version control for all weekend analytics deliverables
- Present weekly data summaries to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power Qlik)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail for weekend data integrity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
