Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Design and implement test automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis for new releases
- Maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, and execution reports
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycle
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
