Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual/automated test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and maintain detailed test case repositories
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing across Chrome, Safari, and mobile platforms
- Conduct API testing using Postman and validate RESTful service integrations
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain test environments and coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter or LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear test documentation
